Mechanical engineering co-op at an industrial cooling startup, working across product development from R&D and design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing and installation. Designs and tests experimental prototypes and mechanical systems.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and test experimental prototypes
- Design mechanical, pneumatics, structural, and electrostatic systems
- Select materials, parts, and subassemblies for products
- Create and execute design verification test plans
- Analyze static and dynamic loads and manage design documentation

- Proficiency with SolidWorks and mechanical drawing
