SkillBridge Nominate Founding Engineer Location DC / New York / San Francisco / Remote Employment Type Full time Department Engineering Compensation (150K-225K based on qualifications). Equity (up to 0.5%) About TechNovaTime Most engineering problems have a known solution. This one doesn't. We're building digital replica employees. Agents that learn by watching a human work for weeks, extract the underlying logic, and then execute that exact process autonomously over their same screens, same files, at unlimited scale. A computer use agent with deep, learned knowledge of how a specific human finishes a specific job. We are selling labor, in the form of software. The core challenge: go from the observations of a top performer to a deployable replica that generalizes their decision-making across novel situations inside arbitrary software. That's a machine learning problem, a systems problem, and a product problem simultaneously and none of the pieces are solved. The founding team is three military trained, former MIT and Amazon engineers. We spent the last decade converting human labor into software, 10M hours automated for the DoD. Now we're applying that to healthcare administration: one of the most expensive, most broken operational systems in the US economy. In 2026 alone we've signed four major customers, including one of the largest health systems in the country. The demand is real and we're building against it in real time. We're Techstars-backed and SBIR-funded. If you want to work at the frontier of agentic AI on infrastructure that has never been built, with a team that has shipped at scale in the hardest environments in the world — come build it with us. Founding Engineer You'll help build the core platform from the ground up: AI orchestration, computer-use workflows, cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, reliability tooling, and the product surfaces customers rely on every day. You'll make architecture decisions, own critical systems end to end, and work across the stack to turn messy operational reality into something elegant, measurable, and durable. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants broad ownership and real technical influence. You should be comfortable moving between product, infrastructure, and AI behavior, and you should care deeply about shipping cleanly, debugging carefully, and building systems that hold up under pressure. Good fit if: You want true ownership across product, infra, and AI. You can code cleanly, debug deeply, and make good calls under pressure. You care about reliability, speed, and real-world impact. You want to work directly with top entrepreneurs and operators. Apply for this Job No resume is required, but you can upload one if you want it attached to the hiring email. If you want to work at the frontier of agentic AI on infrastructure that has never been built, with a team that has shipped at scale in the hardest environments in the world — come build it with us. Junior Engineer You'll work on real product features from day one while learning how modern AI systems are built and shipped. That includes UI work, workflow logic, integrations, automation, testing, and the infrastructure behind our digital employees. You'll get exposure to the latest AI models, computer use, and cloud systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with room to take on more responsibility as you grow. We value curiosity, strong fundamentals, and the ability to learn quickly. If you're early in your career but already building independently and want a place where your work has immediate impact, this is a strong environment to grow in. You won't be doing filler work, you'll be contributing to the systems that shape the product and the customer experience. Good fit if: You've built things independently and can show real output. You learn quickly and take feedback seriously. You want to work on serious AI products, not toy demos. You're motivated by responsibility, craftsmanship, and momentum.
