We are currently seeking self-motivated and compassionate aides to provide 1:1 personal care for private-pay patients in their homes. Position Overview As an Aide , you will work under the guidance of the Director of Personal Care , ensuring that each patient receives safe, high-quality, and individualized support. Responsibilities Deliver personalized and appropriate care in accordance with the individualized plan of care. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Provide companionship and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Support meal preparation and assist patients with eating . Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed. Identify and escalate areas of concern to the Clinical Team to ensure patient well-being. Qualifications & Skills Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in personal care and possesses the following: ✔ CNA certification in the state of Virginia / PCA Certified ✔ Strong communication and time management skills ✔ Flexibility and reliability in scheduling and patient needs ✔ Compassion, empathy, and physical strength to support patient mobility ✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality care Why Join Home Harmony?
