Regional Clinical Sales Specialist – DFW, Texas The Regional Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving EasyWhip® adoption and revenue growth throughout the territory. This is a hands-on clinical sales role focused on building surgeon relationships, developing new business, supporting cases, and converting initial product use into repeat utilization. You will sell directly while also working closely with independent distributors, hospitals, surgery centers, and the broader Winter Innovations team. Success requires strong clinical curiosity, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to understand how EasyWhip® fits alongside complementary products, implants, and surgical techniques.
